* A long, light-colored wig (such as blonde or white)
* A pair of scissors
* A hot glue gun
* Several yards of black felt
* A piece of cardboard (at least 12 inches wide by 18 inches long)
* A pencil
* A ruler
Instructions:
1. Cut the wig into two equal halves.
2. Fold each half of the wig in half lengthwise, so that the right sides are facing together.
3. Sew the two halves of the wig together along the folded edge, using a 1/4-inch seam allowance.
4. Turn the wig right side out and brush the hair to smooth it out.
5. Cut the black felt into two pieces, each 12 inches wide by 18 inches long.
6. Fold each piece of felt in half lengthwise, so that the right sides are facing together.
7. Sew the two pieces of felt together along the folded edge, using a 1/4-inch seam allowance.
8. Turn the felt right side out and press flat.
9. Trace a circle on the cardboard, using the pencil and ruler. The circle should be about 10 inches in diameter.
10. Cut out the circle from the cardboard.
11. Hot glue the felt to the cardboard circle, making sure that the edges of the felt are flush with the edges of the circle.
12. Hot glue the wig to the felt circle, positioning the wig so that it covers the entire circle.
13. Trim the wig around the edges of the circle, so that it is neat and tidy.
