Apply cold cream to your face and begin wiping away the paint with a cloth or paper towel. Get as much of the paint off as you can. You can also use baby wipes, vegetable oil or a commercial make-up remover.
Wash your face with a mild shampoo. Shampoo works very well at cutting grease, which is why it is used instead of regular soap. Using a baby shampoo is best since you will be washing around your eyes, ears, nose and mouth. You don't want to use anything that could irritate those areas.
Rinse thoroughly. You may need to wash a couple of times to get all of it off. Pay special attention to your eyes; any remaining make-up could irritate them and cause infection.
Rub some moisturizer on your face. After all that washing, you've likely removed a great deal of natural oil from your skin.
