Paint black on your temples using your sponge applicator. Blend the makeup back, toward your hairline but stop short before getting the makeup in your hair.
To make the appearance of "sunken cheeks," apply a small amount of black makeup to your cheekbones and blend upward.
Define the area around the eyes by applying black makeup to your eyelids. Apply a small amount of black makeup between your eyebrows and smudge gently.
Add makeup around the nose and blend slightly toward the makeup on your eyebrows. Place a small amount of black makeup above and around your nostrils and blend downward toward your lips. This thins the nose. Add another small amount of black makeup directly under your lips and blend gently.
Apply white makeup highlights around the same areas as the black makeup.
Fill in the lips and under-eye area with black makeup. Add wrinkles or crow's feet to your face with a thin makeup brush. Use one finger and dip it in the black makeup to make "dirt" smudges on your face.
Make a scar by using a small makeup brush dipped in red paint; apply the scar anywhere on your face and add more than one if desired.
Set the makeup by using a powder puff and powder. This keeps the makeup in place.
Add rotten teeth by using a tooth bonding cream. Dry your real teeth first with a cloth or tissue.
