2. Select the "Collection" tab from the main menu.
3. Navigate to the "Heroes" or "Troopers" section.
4. Select the character you want to customize.
5. Click on the "Appearance" tab.
6. Choose the skin, armor, and other cosmetic items you want to equip.
7. Click on the "Apply" button.
Your character's appearance will be updated in-game.
