* Gible: Evolves into Gabite and then Garchomp. Found in the Dragon's Den on Dragon Spite Island.
* Kingdra: Evolves from Seadra by using a Dragon Scale. Found in various locations after beating the Elite Four.
* Altaria: Evolves from Swablu by using a Dragon Scale. Found in various locations after beating the Elite Four.
You can find Dragon Scales in several locations, including:
* The Dragon's Den: Located on Dragon Spite Island.
* The Safari Zone: Can be found by using a Super Rod.
Remember that you need to trade for some of these Pokémon, like the Dragonite or Salamence line, as they aren't available in SoulSilver.
