While the game does include a handful of bonus characters, like the "Clone Wars" Yoda, Indiana Jones isn't one of them.
There is, however, a separate Lego game featuring Indiana Jones: Lego Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures. It includes all three classic Indiana Jones films, and you can play as Indy, his sidekick Willie Scott, and other characters from the movies.
