What good does the Mud Sport move do if user is a Ground-Type?

Mud Sport, when used by a Ground-type Pokémon, has no additional effect beyond normal gameplay. Unlike other Pokémon types that may gain benefits or immunities when using certain moves (such as Water-types using Surf), Ground-types do not receive any special advantages or drawbacks when using Mud Sport.
