Who does Peter kidnap to show his dad he is a good father?

Peter kidnaps Meg in the episode "The Peter Principal" of Family Guy to prove to his father, Francis Griffin, that he can be a responsible parent.

He does this after Francis criticizes Peter's parenting skills and tells him that he'll never be a good father. In a misguided attempt to prove him wrong, Peter kidnaps Meg and takes her on an adventure that turns into a disaster.
