How to Do a Jazz Square

Jazzercise is a type of fitness program accompanied by dance music in the background. As its name suggests, the program includes jazz dance and other types of dancing moves. For example, you may often perform a simple move called a jazz square during a Jazzercise class. The jazz square is a simple 5-step process that requires stepping in four different points, forming a square.
