What are the gallery seats in Shakespeare?

There are no gallery seats in a Shakespearean theatre. The Globe Theatre, where many of Shakespeare's plays were first performed, had a three-tiered seating arrangement, but the topmost tier was called the "upper stage" and was used for performances rather than seating.
