Open your word processor. Set the paper to print "Landscape" (with the 11-inch side as the top and bottom of the sheet). Create two columns which roughly cover half of the page each.
Add a graphic and type the theater organization and the name of the play on the right hand side of the sheet. Leave the left hand side blank. This is the cover page. Press "Enter" several times to add another page.
Click into the right hand column of the second page. Center the text and type "Production Staff." List out all the people who put the production together who are not actors. List what duties they did to get the play up and running (e.g., Set Design, Stage Manager, etc.). Press "Enter" to add another page.
Center the text on the right hand column of the third page. Type the organization name and "presents." Press "Enter" a few times and type the name of the play, name of the playwright, director's name, producer's name, and show dates. Click on the left hand side of page 3 and set the text to the left. Type out half of the actors' biographies and add their pictures (the other half will follow on next page). Press "Enter" to add a fourth page.
Click on the left hand side of the page, center the text, and type the words "Cast List" at the top. Press "Enter" twice and set the text to the left. Type out the the cast list and which role the actor is playing. Click on the right hand side of the fourth page and list out the other half of the actors' biographies with their pictures.
Print the pages you just created so they are on two sheets and double-sided. Fold the sheets together to create an eight-page program. Make sure the pages are in order.
