Unlike most cineplexes located at the upper floors of town centers, hotels and other commercial establishments, Regal Rockville 13 is located beneath the Rockville Town Center. Moviegoers purchase tickets at the ground level, then they take the escalator or elevator to go down the multiplex. The central theater area consists of a concession stand, a café and a game room. Regal Rockville features a total of 13 theaters with seating capacity ranging from 100 to 400 seats. All cinemas are modified for the hearing impaired.
