She calls out to him and tries to stop him from leaving, but he vanishes into the air. This vision could be interpreted as a premonition of Romeo's death, as it suggests that he is no longer with her in the physical world.
3. The Friar's premonitions: The Friar has several premonitions throughout the play. He warns Romeo and Juliet that their love will be destroyed by fate if they get married. He also warns Romeo that he will be banished if he fights Tybalt. Both of these premonitions come true, as Romeo and Juliet do die and Romeo is banished.
