Who is actress Shelby Lynn?

Shelby Lynn Pollard (born July 11, 1968) is an American actress and businesswoman. She is known for her role as Rachel Greene on the American sitcom Friends.

Early Life

Lynn was born in Lexington, Kentucky. Following her parents' divorce when she was nine years old, Lynn and her mother moved to Miami.

Lynn later attended the University of Miami, where she obtained a degree in theatre arts. After graduating from college, Lynn started working as an actress in New York City.

Career

Lynn's first major role was in the 1994 film "The Paper". She then went on to star in a number of other films, including "The Truman Show", "The Prince of Tides", and "The Sixth Sense".

In 1994, Lynn was cast as Rachel Greene on the American sitcom Friends. The show became one of the most successful sitcoms of all time, and Lynn became a household name.

Lynn remained on Friends for all of its ten seasons. Following the end of the series in 2004, Lynn continued to act in a variety of projects, including the films "The Departed", "The Proposal", and "Ted".

In addition to her acting career, Lynn is also a successful businesswoman. She is the founder and owner of the lifestyle brand SL Goods, which sells a variety of products, including clothing, jewelry, and home goods.

Personal Life

Lynn has been married twice. Her first marriage, to actor Jeremy Piven, lasted from 1995 to 1997. Her second marriage, to television producer Brad Silberling, lasted from 2003 to 2011.

Lynn has three children: one daughter, Sadie Grace Silberling, and two sons, Arthur Shelby Moses Silverling and Wyatt Gray Silberling.
