Why did Juno want revenge on H ercules?

It was actually Hera who wanted revenge, not Juno (her Roman name). Hera was enraged with Hercules because he was Zeus's son with Alcmene, a mortal woman. Hera made Hercules's life miserable, sending a snake to kill him in his crib and driving him mad, which led to the death of his wife and children.
