Fantina isn't found in the Hearthome Gym in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum.

Fantina is the Gym Leader of the Veilstone Gym in these games. She specializes in Ghost-type Pokémon and uses the following team:

* Gengar (Level 30)

* Mismagius (Level 30)

* Drifblim (Level 30)

Here's how to find Fantina and the Veilstone Gym:

1. Defeat the Gym Leaders in Eterna City (Gardenia) and Oreburgh City (Roark) to unlock access to Veilstone City.

2. Travel east from Eterna City to reach Veilstone City.

3. The Veilstone Gym is located in the center of the city, next to the Pokemon Center.

Once you reach the Veilstone Gym, you can challenge Fantina and earn the Mind Badge, which allows your Pokemon to learn the move Psychic.
