1. Open the door
2. Remove the bolt attaching the check strap hook to the door and then detach the check strap hook from the body
3. Remove the two bolts from the door hinge cover
4. Loosen the attaching body nuts, located below the door hinge, 1/2 turn (loosen, do not remove)
5. Support the door with a suitable safety stand or jack
6. Remove the nuts attaching the door to the hinges and remove the door
Rear Door Removal
1. Open the rear door and pull the door weatherstrip seal from around the body opening.
2. Remove the nuts attaching the door check and then unhook the check from the body.
3. Remove the bolt attaching the childproof rear door lock button actuator rod to the door lock rod and then disengage the rod.
4. Remove the bolt attaching the pull-up cup bracket to the door.
5. Pull up the rear edge of the window guide to disengage it from the window channel and then raise the window completely.
6. Unscrew the Phillips-head screw, located on the upper face of the door trim panel assembly, and then gently pry out and remove the door trim panel.
7. Position a 3-inch-wide piece of masking tape over the trim retaining nut, in the window run channel, to serve as a protective shield.
8. Remove the retaining nuts and disengage the weatherstrip retaining clip from the upper corner of the door opening.
9. Support the door with a wooden block (or some other suitable stand) and remove the lower attaching bolts.
10. Raise the door and remove it from the vehicle.
