Where in mt silver is red?

Red is located in the peak of Mt. Silver, at the very top of the mountain, in the final room of the location. He's not actually present in the room, but rather appears after you defeat the Pokemon there.

This is where you encounter Red in Pokemon Gold, Silver, and Crystal, and is considered the most challenging encounter in those games.
