Where did Henry Hudson land?

Henry Hudson landed in several places during his voyages, but he is most famously associated with landing in New York Harbor in 1609.

He explored the area that is now known as the Hudson River, sailing up it for over 150 miles. He was searching for a Northwest Passage to Asia, but he never found it. However, his explorations were significant because they led to the establishment of Dutch settlements in the region, which later became part of New York.

Here are some other places where Henry Hudson landed:

* Spitsbergen (Svalbard), Norway in 1607

* Nova Zembla, Russia in 1608

* James Bay, Canada in 1610

It's worth noting that Hudson's final voyage ended tragically. After a long and harsh winter in James Bay, his crew mutinied and abandoned him and some of his men in a small boat. They were never seen again.
