How is rebecca kinghorn famous?
Rebecca Kinghorn (born May 24, 1973) is a Canadian alpine skier. She was born in Powell River, British Columbia. Kinghorn is a three-time Olympian, having competed at the 1994, 1998, and 2002 Winter Olympics. She won a silver medal in the downhill at the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano, Japan. Kinghorn's best World Cup result was a second-place finish in a downhill race at Lake Louise, Alberta on February 27, 1993. She has also won four Canadian national championship titles in the downhill. Kinghorn retired from competitive skiing in 2002.
