Who sang the theme tune for charmed?

The theme song for Charmed, titled "How Soon Is Now?", was performed by the English alternative rock band Love Spit Love, led by Richard Butler of The Psychedelic Furs. The song was originally written and released by the British band The Smiths in 1984.
