Did anyone from coldplay join U2?

There is no evidence to suggest that anyone from Coldplay has joined U2. However, there is a long history of collaboration between the two bands. Coldplay opened for U2 on the Vertigo Tour in 2005 and 2006, and U2's lead singer Bono has co-written several songs with Coldplay, including the hit singles "Moment of Surrender" and "Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall".
