Removing Vocals From Music

Removing vocals from an audio song or sample can be a difficult process if you don't have the proper processors or software. Music production software such as Audacity allows you to edit and remove the vocals in a clean transaction without causing excess distortion. When removing vocals in software such as Audacity, the audio format must be in WAV or MP3 stereo format. MIDI tracks are rarely used for vocals, therefore Audacity and other music production software won't allow you to edit MIDI.
