How to Set up a Tascam US 1641 With Guitar Rig Interface

One of the biggest problems with computer-based music is sound quality. Either a poor sound card degrades the quality of a recording or the computer lacks the amount of inputs to support the musician's full setup. The Tascam US-1641 addresses both issues. The US-1641features 16 inputs and four outputs, all of which can be used simultaneously. The US-1641 handles the processing of audio that runs through it and send the audio to the computer via USB cable. If you own a copy of Native Instrument's Guitar Rig and would like to use it instead of the packaged Cakewalk software, you can route your US-1641's audio through Guitar Rig's interface.
