How do you play high g a b in the recorder?

To play high G, A, and B on the recorder, follow these steps:

High G:

- Ensure your recorder is assembled correctly and the windway is clean and free of obstructions.

- Hold the recorder with your left hand, covering the three lower holes (first three fingers).

- Use your right thumb to cover the thumb hole.

- Blow gently and evenly into the mouthpiece while lifting your left index finger to uncover the first hole (closest to the mouthpiece).

- This should produce a high G note.

High A:

- Keep your left index finger lifted and uncover the second hole (middle hole) with your left middle finger.

- Maintain the other finger positions as they were for high G.

- Blow gently and evenly into the mouthpiece, and you will produce a high A note.

High B:

- Keep the left index and middle fingers lifted, uncovering the first two holes (closest to the mouthpiece).

- Use your left ring finger to cover the third hole (farthest from the mouthpiece).

- Maintain the right thumb on the thumb hole.

- Blow gently and evenly into the mouthpiece to produce a high B note.

Remember to practice regularly and experiment with different blowing techniques to achieve the best sound and intonation.
