1. Tune the sixth string (low E) to D.
2. Tune the fifth string (A) to A.
3. Tune the fourth string (D) to D.
4. Tune the third string (G) to G.
5. Tune the second string (B) to A.
6. Tune the first string (high E) to D.
Now your guitar is tuned so that when you play it without a capo, it will sound as if you have a capo on the third fret. This tuning is commonly used in Celtic and folk music, and it can create a unique and interesting sound.
Note: If you want to return your guitar to standard tuning, simply retune each string to its original note (E, A, D, G, B, E).
