Visit the Radio Locator website (see References) to find the radio station that you're looking for. You can search by location or call letters. It lists stations all over the world.
Click on the call letters of the station that you want to contact to visit its website. Allow the website to load.
Look around the homepage of the site and try to find a link that says "Contact Us," "Contact," or "Contact Me." Sometimes there will be links that say "E-mail Us" or things of that nature.
Right-click the link and click "Copy Link Location." Log in to your email account. Compose an email and paste the email address in the recipient box. Do this by clicking in the recipient box and pressing CTRL + V at the same time. If that does not work, right-click in the box and click "Paste."
Compose your email and send it off to the radio station. Some radio stations will respond with automatic emails and then get back to you later with a real person, others will just respond with a person, and sometimes radio stations are so busy that they won't be able to respond at all.
