How to Find Out When Someone Joined MySpace

If you participate in the MySpace social networking community, you've noticed various info on each member's page. Perhaps you befriended someone and you are curious to know when they joined, or maybe you monitor your child's activity on the Internet and need to know this data. No matter the need, you can find out when someone joined MySpace by utilizing a couple of different techniques.

      Access your friend's MySpace page.

      Click the “View all Blog Entries” in the blog section or click a specific blog title.

      Locate the “Signup Date” on the left to get the date that the member joined MySpace.

    Using the Friend ID

      Obtain the member's “Friend ID” by going to his MySpace page and looking at the URL in the address bar in your browser window. Copy the nine-digit code displayed after the slash in the “http://www.myspace.com/” URL. If the user has a personalized address, such as “myspace.com/personalname,” click a link on her page like “Photos” and copy the numbers after the “friendID” entry in the address bar.

      Enter the “Friend ID” from step 1 after the last “=” symbol in the address. For instance:
      http://blogs.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.ListAll&friendId=123456789

      View the “Signup Date” on the left side of the page to find out when the person signed up for MySpace.
