How to Listen to Binaural Beats
You may be skeptical about whether or not binaural beats actually work as they are intended to. Binaural beats are sonic frequencies designed to place your mind in a meditative state and induce a drug-like effect on the brain and body. Although they are referred to as "beats," binaural beats do not actually sound like the music. They sound more like rhythmic white noise. Some people find them difficult or unpleasant to listen to. There is no special trick to listening to binaural beats. All that matters is that you listen to them through stereo headphones so that the left and right frequencies are separated.
