Place the CD at the top of the sheet of paper. Align the center of the CD's central hole with the center of the top edge of the paper. Fold the sides horizontally to the edges of the CD so paper overlaps the front of the CD evenly on each side. Continue the fold down the entire sheet of paper.
Place the CD in the middle of the folded sheet of paper above the folds previously created. Fold the paper vertically to the edge of the top and bottom of the CD, overlapping the front of the disc. The fold should come above the central hole of the disc on each side. This creates three separate vertical divisions in the paper.
Insert the CD in either the bottom section of the paper. Do not insert the disc past the first division into the middle section of the paper. Fold the bottom section with the disc up so the middle section covers the partially exposed back. Insert the folded top section into the bottom, where the disc sits, to enclose the disc in the sleeve completely, protecting it.
Design the front of the CD sleeve to match. You can write or draw directly onto the front of the sleeve. You may also either tape or glue a picture to the front. Measure the height and width of the front and cut the picture you wish to add to the cover to match the size.
