Attach the rubber feet to the bottom of your drum rack stand. You may use a tiny bit of water to help lubricate the feet. Avoid using lubricants, since once the feet are attached, they should be difficult to remove.
Attach the drum rack rod to the rack stand. Do this by twisting the rod into the threaded screw mount located on the center of the stand.
Attach a boom arm to the side of the rack rod. Screw the rod in place about 4 inches from the top of the rod. The boom arm will extend outward at a 45-degree angle to hold your cymbals in place. Each cymbal can be attached by removing the bolt at the end of the boom, sliding the cymbal in place and replacing the bolt.
Attach the tom attachment to the top of the rack rod. The tom attachment will have three prongs that can be tightened. The tom fits directly on top of the prongs and is secured by twisting the screw underneath to increase tension.
