Original Wailing Wailers

The original lineup of the Wailing Wailers, formed in 1963, consisted of six members:

- Robert Nesta Marley (Bob Marley) - lead vocals, guitar

- Neville O'Riley Livingston (Bunny Wailer) - harmony vocals, percussion

- Joseph Higgs (Joe Higgs) - harmony vocals, guitar

Bob Marley and The Wailers

In 1966, Peter Tosh joined the group, and the band's name was changed to Bob Marley and The Wailers. The lineup during this period included:

- Bob Marley - lead vocals, guitar

- Bunny Wailer - harmony vocals, percussion

- Peter Tosh - harmony vocals, guitar

- Joe Higgs - harmony vocals, guitar

- Junior Byles - harmony vocals, percussion
