Did the button and piano accordion get made at same time?

The button accordion was invented in 1829 by Cyrill Demian in Vienna, while the piano accordion was invented in 1822 by Friedrich Buschmann in Berlin. So, the piano accordion was invented 7 years before the button accordion.
