What musical training did kings of Leon have?

Kings of Leon are an American rock band formed in 1999 in Nashville, Tennessee. The band is composed of three brothers, Caleb, Nathan and Jared Followill, and their cousin Matthew Followill. None of the members of the band have any formal musical training. They learned how to play music by ear, and they have all been playing music since they were children.
