What was the first solid body guitar?

The first solid body electric guitar was the "Frying Pan" invented in 1931 by George Beauchamp and Adolph Rickenbacher(The "Ro-Pat-In" solid-body guitar, however, was patented by Beauchamp and Rickenbacker one month before the "Frying Pan"). Leo Fender's first electric solid-body guitar, produced in 1940, was known as "The Log". The Fender Telecaster, Fender's first mass-produced solid body electric guitar, was introduced in 1950 and was an instant success, revolutionizing the music industry.
