How do you play the C Pentatonic Neutral Scale on guitar?

The C Pentatonic Neutral Scale (C5NEUTRAL or **C5N) uses the fingering pattern 32323 on strings 6-1.

C5N sounds similar to the C major pentatonic scale, although it is a different animal; it has a unique flavor derived from the altered 3rd and 7th notes, which are both lowered a half-step. It's a great pentatonic scale to use over C-dominant tonics, as it contains almost entirely non-chord-tones.
