2. Place your second finger on the D string, one whole step above your first finger.
3. Place your third finger on the G string, one half-step above your second finger.
4. Place your fourth finger on the A string, one whole step above your third finger.
5. Place your thumb on the D string, one whole step below the open string.
6. Play the scale from bottom to top, and then back down again.
