You need to decide whether you want to go for one day or whether you want to stay for the whole event. After you have decided this you can then purchase your tickets.
Depending upon how long you are staying, you need to decide whether you are going to camp out at the event, or stay in a bed and breakfast/hotel.
If you are going to camp for the whole event, you will need to make sure that you have all of the essential camping equipment with you. If you are not sure what to get then research on the internet or ask around to see if anyone can assist you.
You need to think about how you will get to the event. If you have to travel quite a distance then you need to decide whether you will be driving, getting a coach or catching a train.
If you are driving to the event then you need to find out about where you can park. You do not want to risk getting a parking ticket or getting lost.
Before you go, you will need to make a checklist of everything that you need to take such as clothes, food, water supplies and anything else that you may need.
