Go to the Ticketmaster Website. Select the act you want to see. Pick your seats. Enter your credit card information.
Select "Pick up at Retail Location" when the Website offers you the choice of how you want your tickets delivered. This is better than using a delivery service.
Check your email. The confirmation number will be there. Write down the number or print the email. You'll need to bring the number, a photo identification and the credit card used to purchase the tickets when you go to the pick up location.
Select a specific retail location for picking up your tickets. You can choose an area near where you live or one in close proximity to your venue of choice. It's all up to you. It allows for several choices when it comes to picking up for your tickets.
Go to your local department store or other retail location that you selected in Step 4. If you choose Macy's, the pick up center is often located within the gift wrapping department. That tends to be the norm at retail locations, but call ahead so that you don't get lost.
When walking in the retail location, simply go straight to the customer service or gift wrapping counters. If that is not the correct desk for tickets, the associate will point you in the right direction.
Let the ticketing agent know the date of the concert and name of the act. After she has pulled up the concert information, give her your confirmation number along with your credit card and photo identification. You'll quickly be allowed to retrieve those items back.
Sign a receipt saying that you received your ticket. You'll likely also be asked to initial the ticket itself. Then it's all yours. Enjoy rocking out!
