Part of the massive Laredo Entertainment Center that includes new housing and a semi-pro baseball field, Hal's Landing is huge. Picture Dave & Buster's with a south Texas appeal. Video games are on one side with big screens and table shuffle boards on the other side. The dining area is in the middle. Open until 2 a.m., this is a great place for a late-night drink or meal. Hal's is also close to the airport and convention center.

With deep red walls and black and red leather couches and bar chairs, people dress up for this swanky club. Happy hour is Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. with the popular karaoke night on Wednesday. Young and old couples love the outdoor atmosphere with rockers and hip bikers stopping by now and then. Motley Crue's Vince Neil even showed up after a sellout concert.
