Make sure the STAGEPAS 300 is switched off. Set the master and channel level controls to zero.
Connect the STAGEPAS 300 to a power source.
Connect the speakers to the L/R output jacks on the mixer using the PA system's speaker cables. Connect the left speaker to the "L" output and the right speaker to the "R" output.
Adjust the "speech/music" switch to "music" mode.
Press the power switch to turn on the mixer.
Plug one end of a 1/4-inch TRS instrument cable into your electric guitar. Plug the other end into one of the four channel input jacks on the mixer.
Press the "mic/line" switch to set the same channel to "line" mode.
Increase the volume on your guitar using its volume knob.
Increase the master and channel levels on the mixer without causing distortion. Experiment with volume settings to find the appropriate level.
Adjust the equalization on your guitar and the mixer. Use your guitar's tone knob to increase and decrease bass and treble frequencies. Use the mixer's "high" and "low" controls to adjust the equalization.
Add reverb by pressing the "reverb" switch on the proper channel and using the reverb control to adjust the level.
Set up your guitar and its amplifier.
Set up a microphone in a stand and position it close to the guitar amplifier's speaker.
Connect your microphone to one of the mixer channels using a 1/4-inch TRS-to-XLR cable. The XLR end connects to microphones.
Press the "mic/line" switch on the appropriate channel to "mic" mode.
Increase the master and channel volume levels. Adjust the equalization to find your desired sound.
