Step 1: Check your MP3 player's user manual. Some MP3 players require a specific code to be entered in order to unlock them. If this is the case, the code will be provided in the user manual.
Step 2: Connect your MP3 player to your computer using the provided USB cable. Once connected, the MP3 player should be detected by your computer.
