How old is the oldest Pokemon cards?

The oldest Pokémon cards were released in 1996 by Media Factory in Japan. The set was called Pocket Monsters Carddass and it consisted of 102 cards. The cards featured illustrations of the first 151 Pokémon from the video games Pokémon Red and Blue.
