Open Nero 8 and choose "CD" for your medium type, then click the "Audio-CD" icon on the left-hand side of the window. The "Audio CD" tab should automatically show up on the right-hand side of the window. If it doesn't, click it to select it.
Click "Open" or "New," depending on whether you're compiling a new CD track list, or if you've got one saved. If you're choosing to select a saved list, click "Open" and then select the playlist. If you're compiling a new list, find the songs in their given folders on the right-hand side of the window, click and drag them into the playlist box, then drop them in the order you want them to appear on the CD.
Double-click the song titles in your playlist box to open a pop-up window. Type the title and track information into the relevant areas and click "OK."
Repeat Steps 2 and 3 with each song you want to add information to. Click the "Burn" button when you're finished entering information, and your CD will now have song titles and track information saved onto it.
