Click "File" and "Open."
Locate the WAV file you want to convert and click "Open."
Click "Edit" and "Convert Sample Type."
Select "Mono."
Enter 50 percent for both channels.
Click "OK."
Click "Insert" and "Media File."
Locate the WAV file you want to convert and click "Open."
Right-click the WAV file track, scroll over "Item Processing" and click "Explode multichannel audio or MIDI items to new mono items."
Click "File" and "Open."
Locate the WAV file you want to convert and click "Open."
Click the downward-pointing arrow in the left track pane, scroll down and click "Split Stereo Track."
Click the "X" on the top left corner of one of the tracks.
Click the downward-pointing arrow in the left track pane of the existing track, scroll down and click "Mono."
