How to Remove Apple Protection From Files
If you are trying to move files purchased from iTunes from one computer to another, you may run into a roadblock. Apple's digital rights management (DRM) protection on each file prohibits such movement. However, now, according to Apple "iTunes Plus is the new standard," and iTunes Plus songs and videos are of better quality and are without DRM. You can remove the DRM protection legally by upgrading your files using iTunes Plus, but it will cost you a surcharge of about 30 percent of the original price.

Launch iTunes.

Navigate to "purchased playlist."

Click "Buy All" to upgrade all the files. If you wish to upgrade an individual song, click the "Buy" button to the right of the song. All of your existing files will be replaced by the new files that don't have the Apple protection.
