How to Drag CD Artwork Into iTunes

CD or album artwork can be added to iTunes quickly and easily by dragging it and dropping it into the iTunes library. Importing album artwork to songs in iTunes adds an enjoyable visual element to your iTunes library and syncs the album artwork to all of the songs associated with it.

Instructions

      Open iTunes.

      Click the "Show or Hide Album Artwork and Video View" button in the lower-left corner.

      Highlight the song in your iTunes library that you would like to add album artwork to.

      Find the album art on your computer using Windows Explorer on a PC or the Finder on a Mac.

    • 5

      Click and drag the album art from the Windows Explorer or Finder into the "Drag Album Art Here" box in iTunes.
