If you've decided to make a T-shirt for yourself, the first thing you'll need is a shirt. Buy a basic white T-shirt or pull one out of your closet. Other colors will work, but paint and marker colors show up best on white and people will actually be able to see it if you wear it to a concert. Gather all the supplies you'll need, such as paints, markers, glitter, glue guns and gemstones. If you're going to a Rascal Flatts concert and have floor seats, use your T-shirt as a poster. Common T-shirt phrases include: "We drove/flew here all the way from ________ to see Rascal Flatts!" or "This is my TENTH Rascal Flatts concert THIS YEAR." Doing something to prove that you're an uber-fan will increase your chance of recognition from the band. Typically, Rascal Flatts T-shirts list all of their tour dates on the back of the shirt. Since that information doesn't really apply to you, list the dates that you've seen Rascal Flatts.
Many companies are willing to take orders for T-shirts. However, there are a few important things to keep in mind while placing an order for a Rascal Flatts T-shirt. All official photographs are property of the photographer who took them. This means that any pictures you find on their website or on any fansites do not belong to you. Instead, use pictures you took yourself. If you have a friend that met Rascal Flatts or even went to one of their concerts and has good pictures, ask whether you could use theirs. Whatever you do, get permission from the photographer. Having written permission helps because sometimes a printing business will require you to present it before printing it on T-shirts. Song lyrics also do not belong to you. If you're writing them in puff paint on a T-shirt, you'll most likely get away with it but if you're having it professionally printed, you're putting yourself in a sticky situation. If you've met Rascal Flatts and have a picture, submit it to the printing company so they can print it onto the T-shirt. They can also include the words "I met Rascal Flatts on (date here)."
If you're attending a Rascal Flatts concert with a group, having the same T-shirt to distinguish everyone is a good idea. Take suggestions from everyone in the group, collect pictures and come up with one set idea for the T-shirt design. T-shirt companies will almost always offer a discount for mass orders.
