Based out of Sarasota, the Boneshakers is a four-man rockabilly band who play gigs throughout west Florida. This band offers their musical services for birthday parties, nightclubs and showcases. All four members of the Boneshakers contribute to the band's vocals. The lead singer of the band is John "Suicide" Havell, who also plays rhythm guitar. The Fabulous Johnny C is the band's lead guitarist, while drum duties belong to Doug Perry. Cliff E. Shoes rounds out the band by playing the upright bass.
The Dead Valentines are a south Florida rockabilly band who play gigs in the greater Fort Lauderdale and Miami areas; the group's headquarters is in Boynton Beach. This band's music influences are a blend of rockabilly and swing. Singer-songwriter Keith Downing is the Dead Valentines' lead singer. In 2004, Downing formed the band along with the lead guitarist, Brian Koenig. Other members of the band are drummer Justin Wolfman and Shane Natan, who performs double duties as the band's upright bass and piano player.
The Delusions are a rockabilly band who play clubs and private events at locations in south Florida. This rockabilly band infuses blues into their style of music. Delusions' lead singer and upright bass player, Larry Joe Miller, has been playing rockabilly music since the 1960s. Prior to forming the Delusions, Miller played in bands such as TR-4 and the Rockabilly Rockets; these bands performed extensively throughout the United States and Japan. The Delusions' lead guitarist is Spencer Mallison, who was previously part of the London, England, music scene. Bill Pitzele is the band's drummer. Pitzele's credentials include playing drums for Bo Diddley and Freddy Cannon.
Betsy Badwater and the Hillbilly Chrome play rockabilly music in clubs throughout the southeast United States and Texas. The band's home base is Pensacola. The Hillbilly Chrome's musical sound is a mix of rockabilly, country and blues. The lead singer, Betsy Badwater, formed the band in 2005. Badwater also plays the guitar and an upright bass with an attached tambourine; at some shows, Badwater is a one-woman show and plays these instruments simultaneously. Lang Hollowman plays guitar for the band, while Joey Glick steps in as the band's percussionist and harmonica player.
