List of Disney Channel Singers

Many big performers in music started on the Disney Channel in movies, shows or series. Pop singers like Christina Aguilera, Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears once wore the famous Mickey Mouse ears. The Disney Channel continues to introduce rising stars with a group of talented young singers.
  1. Selena Gomez

    • Starring as a girl wizard in the Disney series, "Wizards of Waverly Place," Selena Gomez has recorded three songs for the show's soundtrack. Outside of her Disney show, she released a debut album in 2009 called "Kiss & Tell." Selena and her band, The Scene, have a follow up album with two hit singles. Other songs to her credit were for the soundtrack of "101 Dalmatians," "Another Cinderella Story" and "Tinkerbell."

    Miley Cyrus

    • Starring in the Disney Channel's Hannah Montana, Miley Cyrus played a high school student with an alter ego of an international pop star. For the show, Miley released an original soundtrack album as her character. Miley, who is the daughter of country singer Billy Ray Cyrus, is no longer performing as Hannah Montana. She has her own, more adult recording career.

    Mitchel Musso

    • Mitchel Musso portrayed Oliver Oken on the Disney Channel series, "Hannah Montana." He is a talented musician who plays the guitar, piano and drums; he's also a singer and songwriter. With several top hits on Radio Disney, Mitchel continues to flourish with his solo career as a musical artist.

    Raven-Symone

    • Raven-Symone was originally on the cast of "The Cosby Show" before starring in the Disney Channel's hit show, "That's So Raven." She has performed in a number of musicals, which includes a Broadway debut with the Boys Choir of Harlem. Her double-platinum soundtrack, "The Cheetah Girls," was the second top-seller in 2004.

    Ashley Tisdale

    • Ashley Tisdale is the voice of Disney Channel's "Kim Possible." She has starred in "High School Musical" and in many Disney-based guest roles, including "Hannah Montana." Ashley was the first female artist in music history to debut with two songs simultaneously on the Billboard Hot 100 chart with "Bop To The Top" and "What I've Been Looking For."
